In the Middlesex and Worcester District race, Rep. Jamie Eldridge, a Democrat from Acton, and Republican Steven Levy of Marlboro are vying for the seat being vacated by Sen. Pam Resor. Eldridge, although more liberal than we'd like, places a strong emphasis on local aid and the importance of higher education. Eldridge understands the need to attract business to the region and to improve the state's infrastructure.
