Jamie Eldridge Announces Organizational Endorsements

Eldridge Campaign Supported by Public Safety, Health Care, Education, Environment, Labor, and Civil Rights Groups

ACTON - State Representative Jamie Eldridge (D-Acton) announced the endorsements of numerous organizations representing the many aspects of our community.  Included on the list are more than two dozen organizations, unions, and advocacy groups working in the public interest of the people of the Middlesex & Worcester state Senate district and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

"I am proud to have the support of many diverse organizations representing police, firefighters, nurses, teachers, environmentalists, and working families across the district," said Representative Eldridge.  "These organizations represent the fabric of our community.  The issues that concern them, from safe neighborhoods to healthy communities to good schools to a strong economy, are the issues that we all care about.  I have fought for those issues as State Representative, and will continue to fight for them as your next State Senator."

This follows the announcement of the endorsements of nearly four dozen local elected officals representing all fourteen communities of the Middlesex & Worcester district.  Since that release last week, Representative Eldridge also announced the endorsements of Middlesex District Attorney Gerry Leone, Worcester District Attorney Joe Early Jr., Southborough School Committee Chair Susan Dargan, and Marlborough School Committee Vice Chair Kathleen Robey.
